In My opinion -

GTE asking for 100MILLION more shares means they intend to use them for additional financing. The question won't be answered until they actually file the 8k - so most of this speculating on what they "could" do is not worth our time. What is worth our time is to take Huff's email to Mailman and send it back to him with a message that is entitled - "Thanks Tim. You are doing a good job but please make sure get the PPS up before you sell any more shares at discount prices. This is THE last AS increase...RIGHHHHHTTTT?"
