PdxLou, by track record, I was referring to the use of authorized shares to acquire technology that will benefit the company. Both Sanswire and Hotzone was purchased for far less than their potential worth to the company. Another company spent the R&D money while GTE picks up the technology for a fraction of that cost through acquisition. You are correct in stating that neither technology has to date generated any revenues, but both programs are still in development phase, and Huff has clearly stated that 2006 is the transition year to commercial phase. Have a little more patience, and give them time to make it happen. Do you really feel the Sanswire and Hotzone acquisitions were bad decisions on the part of the company?

As far as Sanswire 1 not being completed for last year's shareholders meeting, Huff explained the reason for not covering the entire airship was to allow investors to see the framework inside the skin. Perhaps you don't believe him. I do.

Of course I care how they use the increase in authorized shares, but I also know these guys know a hell of a lot more about business and technology than I do, and since they also own a great many shares themselves, I trust them to make good choices as necessary to grow this company to profitability, and given the potential of the strat... perhaps even massive profitability. Generating wealth for themselves generates it for me as well, as a shareholder.

My remark was referring to December 2006. Huff, Dumas, and others in the company have repeatedly stated that this year is when much of the company's hard work behind the scenes will be realized to the benefit of the shareholder. In my experience with GTE, I feel they have been open and honest with investors about where they are and where they want to be, and have given us enough information to allow us to make informed choices about investing. I don't expect them to reveal their entire game plan to us, as that would play right into the hands of their competitors.

...and on the 7th day, God turned off his Macintosh.
