I am in no way worried about BIEL's attorney suing me for libel for something that clearly isn't libel just to spite me. Thanks for your concern though.

When someone with mischievous or evil intent is served with litigation documentation and must then defend their actions, initially by advancing their legal counsel a fat retainer, it can be a wonderful opportunity and form of retribution for an impulsive verbal statement, slander, or a written statement, libel, spoken or written in the course of normal life or electronic media toward a plaintiff.

My intent is neither mischievous or evil, so I guess my lack of concern is well founded. "Making nice" or being silent is not necessary when one is simply discussing information relevant to the topic.
