Yes indeed, I wouldn't want to be NITE capital when the transfer agent asks them to deliver the stock they short sold when the share price has shot up several thousand percent.
Hopefully that will be the final nail in NITE Capital's coffin.
All that needs to happen is the company needs to file for a change of CUSIP and ticker symbol at the same time then the transfer agent has to account for all of the shares - including those that were sold short! Oops, looks like a few MM's might be kinda hit with a very large bill huh?
