If we go to the Nasdaq Capital Market, how would that affect our ability to get more financing?

Doma, would a Wave inventor relations person
use the phase "stay of execution"? Even in jest?

Doma: Delisting answer...

"...We're on hiatus until our hearing with Nasdaq - next few weeks. At which time, we were told we'll either get a stay of execution (and remain on Nasdaq NMS) - unlikely unless our share price is above $1.00 bid - or we'll get moved to the Nasdaq Capital Market for the remainder of a 180 day period in which we must again seek to meet the $1.00 minimum bid price. That deadline's in October sometime..."

So, since JC is convinced that Wave will only stay on the Nasdaq NMS if we can demonstrate a minimum Bid of $1.00 why would Wave even entertain an appeal if they were not fairly convinced that we can get the share price up by the time the hearings ("...next few weeks...") take place?

Of course, a delisting decision to the Nasdaq National Market - while not impacting business - would be the ultimate ironic twist to this long investment story! An investment that can really break out any day.
