"Sent a query to Wave Investor Relations re: status of delisting and received this reply just now:

"We're on hiatus until our hearing with Nasdaq - next few weeks. At which time, we were told we'll either get a stay of execution (and remain on Nasdaq NMS) - unlikely unless our share price is above $1.00 bid - or we'll get moved to the Nasdaq Capital Market for the remainder of a 180 day period in which we must again seek to meet the $1.00 minimum bid price. That deadline's in October sometime."
