Witch turned out to be horse puckey. The drill ship does not have the fluid capacity for that kind of a test. Capacities are given on the co website. And on their home page, they show a report that updates rig locations, the last of which shows the dwd in the gog leased to cvx/xom. May 1st update.
I might also point out that given the time frame for the first test well, they should have finished #2 several weeks ago including time to test and move. Given the time/value of the drill ship, I believe that you are correct, and that they(cvx, xom) are in the proccess of drilling their 3rd well. Fits all of oliphant's posts, with your interpretation of locations. I have thought for weeks they were on the 3rd well.
