You are bringing up old articles written by a pump and dumper the company hired. The article didn't have any reaction then and will not help ignore the fact the company has cash problems. Why don't you look at the free cash flow to equity numbers from the last reports the company disclosed and see how well the company isn't doing. If things were so great, wouldn't they release financials, or an actual press release.
I think you should also look at what assets might be worth something in bankruptcy.
