If some of the same stories get told in new articles, they're still new articles bringing light on the company. I don't know why you're talking banruptcy for the company. The previous financials that were posted show they are selling product and brining in revenue, and are either cash flow positive, or at the very least, breaking even. So I don't really consider that they're having real cash problems right now.
