Judge will focus solely on the issue at hand ( NCE ) .
Any action beyond that would need to be initiated by Amarin

Absolutely JL, just as my Senator was obligated under the Oath to uphold the Constitution, the Judge must uphold US law. If the Judge reads the crazy rants of BB to Fuson petition certain questions might arise that need further investigation.

FDA Censored Fuson CP & EPADI CP to hide malfeasant actions...both NCE & SPA related.

What the FDA argues in NCE case, is the opposite of how they ruled on Fuson petition. Only reason FDA ruled against Fuson petition? They where caught red handed trying to rob Amarin stakeholders blind.
