Now you're onto something. Emotiv is a complete company, with more than one office around the world. Ongoing research. Goes to tech shows. Well known in EEG/BCI/ Neurogaming field. White papers.

MSI? Virtually unknown. Has a much harder road ahead to achieve success. Can't just bring out a product and expect it to sell like hotcakes, even if it is functionally adequate.

Gonna take a herculean effort from this one person company and it's advisors, directors, and independent contractors to have a chance at success.

the registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K/A on May 14, 2014, Commission File Number 000-33053.

That Consulting Agreement dated March 19, 2014 was for Noah to perform Social Media advertising, company updates, yadda yadda blah blah blah!
FYI,, Noah Fouch, Brent Fouch's young Son, was awarded TWO Consulting Agreements for performing said duties.. last agreement was for 30,000,000 shares and just so happened to be awarded right befor the VOIS run into the $.008's!
