10.53** Consulting Agreement dated March 19, 2014, by and between Noah Fouch and the registrant filed as Exhibit 10.53 to
the registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K/A on May 14, 2014, Commission File Number 000-33053.

That Consulting Agreement dated March 19, 2014 was for Noah to perform Social Media advertising, company updates, yadda yadda blah blah blah!
FYI,, Noah Fouch, Brent Fouch's young Son, was awarded TWO Consulting Agreements for performing said duties.. last agreement was for 30,000,000 shares and just so happened to be awarded right befor the VOIS run into the $.008's!
