With all due respect PK I think you are 2/7 on your predictions with ECIG so far. Not a horrible batting average but not good enough to hold much credence on this board either. You may want to find a better source. They will not R/S without the ER or other catalysts ready to propel it and take advantage of the forced MM naked short covering. So unless the ER or other news is ready this week I do not see this happening.

Would have to disagree, they first need 5 BOD, they first have to make PR about that and then have meeting to agree on R/S. That is how it works in corprate world. Need BODs. Then PR to shareholders.
They will not fast track it. But the Q4 they can release anytime if completed. Do not have to give notice.
Think this is there plan, Do PR when they feel right. They also do not care if they halt trading.
