Would have to disagree, they first need 5 BOD, they first have to make PR about that and then have meeting to agree on R/S. That is how it works in corprate world. Need BODs. Then PR to shareholders.
They will not fast track it. But the Q4 they can release anytime if completed. Do not have to give notice.
Think this is there plan, Do PR when they feel right. They also do not care if they halt trading.
