Dilution at either price will be equivalent.
Future market cap is all that matters.

Of course, but what I am trying to find out is what their intentions are.
In other words will I end up with 0,5% of the shares or a lot less (after dilution)
We will have to wait and see.

>>Future market cap is all that matters.<<

No truer words spoken. That is ALL that matters. It is the single most important statistic evaluated by the "Street". It is what determines if a company is overvalued or undervalued. One must ask yourself as an investor if this 6.4 market cap can be justified. Is this company worth 6.4 million? I think it's obvious that on Wall Street 6.4 million is a paltry amount for evaluating a company with product. But at this time it may be justifiable by past reported sales. How about after they get FDA and start selling in the USA and the UK sales are excitingly increasing. With extra money coming in, future marketing locations can then be pursued. I would think that 6.4 million certainly would be undervalued. Sometimes you must go against the grain to make some serious money. The stock price at present reflects the financial perception of this company, and one that has followed them for years and seen the numerous mistakes made by management, one can only assume that the price is justifiable. But "getting in" or adding shares at these ridiculously low prices could/would pay off very handsomely if/when all goes well with FDA and future sales. Their products are definitely needed at this time when addictive and liver damaging pain killers are so easily obtainable. Let's hope the FDA feels the same way. ----

6.4 million? Peanuts!
