I don't think that

they will reverse split anytime soon but I really don't know and don't care.

Market cap at 8 billion shares is currently 6.4 million.

Another way too look at this is currently based on market cap
this is equivalent to

$1.00 dollar price per share and only 6.4 million shares outstanding.

Dilution at either price will be equivalent.
Future market cap is all that matters.
