In a past life, I have been to Verdmont's offices in Panama City. They co-underwrote a few US offerings on some of my projects. Had nothing to do with pink sheet or unlisted stocks. Were all NASDAQ. I have not been there or stayed in touch with anyone there for quite a few years. Although, I have a colleague from their office in Panama that we got close, he flew to Malibu to stay with me from time to time on his way to their California clients. I never found them to be unscrupulous.

I wonder what happened, or maybe they have a rogue group there. They do not have US citizens as clients, as it is illegal.
