It has been awhile since I spoke with the CFO, Mr. Downing so I am uncertain if the litigation was in the courts in Durham, North Carolina, where the company has its factory or in Marietta, Georgia, where their legal counsel is based. I would have to call Mr. Downing to find out and confirm.
