Why can't they announce that the debt holders will be paid off ? What if some deep pocketed financier, cut a deal, and has been loading up on the stock over the last several weeks? The PR machine cranks up, the PPS runs - they eventually sell some and take half of the profit and pay them off...then pocket the rest AND ECIG pays them a lil money 2-3 years from now for their trust and "rescue" efforts. Is that not plausible...what about a partnership with a deep pocket as well ?

No one cares about reverse split. Non event. Stop the dreaming dilution. Number one priority IMO
