How are you making sense? There is no room in the current s/s to accommodate the debt/holdings/options/etc... If they only increase the a/s to accommodate then note holders will convert and hammer it to nothing and then an r/s has to happen... It's inevitable... For the love, the only way it won't happen is if they get bought out... There's a better chance of a buyout than no r/s...
