No one will come in with just cash and buy up the debt without protection unless it's a buyout... No different than any public company, when there is a debt deal their is an offering/warrants/conversions/etc...

Deep pocket financiers and buy-outs are a pipedream, here.

Common sense dictates that if anyone "huge" was interested in buying out ECIG, they'd have already bought the notes rather than to let so many new 'cheap' shares hit the open market.

Moreover, if Big T were interested in FIN, they'd have just bought FIN in the first place, when it went up for sale last year.

Partnership?
As long as it's not like the partnership they did with Bill Fields LLC, what's he done?? Except get millions in stock &warrants..$41mil. What's he done with Walmart?? Fin was already on the shelf?? What brands has he distributed to date??? Look at the filings ? the guy got paid for Fin acquisition under his advisory agreement. 1mil. Cha Ching !! Then they have to write off $5mil in out dated product, ( refer to 10K) great job Bill, next time you do an acquisition " look at the products expiration dates. And do some DD. My opinion he is a big part of the balance sheet issues!! Correct me if I'm wrong!!!!!
