As stated to you previously: The 211 has not been resubmitted, this alone could drag out for months. Next FINRA would have to review the 211, this could drag out 60 - 180 days. Now FINRA will come back to BMAS with concerns/questions over the 211. BMAS will then look to expand on those areas of concern/question and resubmit the 211, who knows how long it would take for this step. Now FINRA would again review the 211 and come back with questions/concerns. ...cycle continues...

This process could easily drag out for 1/2/3 more years with the outcome being MIKP stays on the grey market...

So does anyone know where we are or what's going on? The audit was filed nearly three months ago, so does that mean they have filed the other application. How long is the waiting period for this new filing? I sure hope this isn't going to drag on for another year.
