Thanks Tes for your analysis. Excellent recap of where we are at, and going forward what can be expected. Do you think the fact that the OS will be maxed out will be the catalyst as the toxic debt holders will no longer be able to short the stock? Followed by some positive news (verification of 4th quarter revenues, update on paying down of debt) could see this stock having one heck of a run.

I agree with everything you've said right up to the last sentence about the potential EOM run. I think $ signs have taken over the note holders and I think they'll continue to convert the Feb 28 notes (or as many as possible) right up until the A/S gets maxed out. I think 5 cents is a ceiling for the foreseeable future. I think march is the month we see a reversal, culminating in an 8K for terms of restructuring, followed by a knock out 10K. JMO

Your comment is very well thought out, concise and makes a ton of sense! I completely agree with you no matter how anyone spins ECIG it's currently grossly undervalued and soon it will begin to correct itself and we will see a surge in its PPS. The proxy has literally crushed the stock price and what's more amazing is that we saw an extremely strong bounce yesterday in the midst of this news! I think ECIG is the story where the rich keep getting richer, average joe investor keeps selling in a panic and Mr.CalmCoolCollective keeps loading large amounts of shares while making large sums of money! Any other stock would be in the trips by now but not ECIG, in fact this damn thing ran almost 250% once it hit .05 the first time!!
You brought up a point about the hostile takeover and how the company can lose control quite easily and that point alone should intrigue investors here! I have never seen so much interest in a penny stock in the 12 years I've been investing!! This is where I said street smarts have to be used here and people have to seriously ask themselves how on earth this stock is not in trips by now, heck it almost hit .15!!!
This is why I stand by my claim and say this is the best opportunity in the stock markets right now...

Thanks Tes
your post was very informative and well thought out. in our past travels together you always deciphered the information with a keen eye and upbeat process.

i look at the filings and Ihub post. i am going to follow my gut and wait on the share price. i like everything the company has going on right now but they are definitively making some bad decision on financing. the main reason for my decision is the 8K they put out on the 29th.

why would they need a loan (at 12%) for 1 mil $ if the company has 50-80 in revenue. i hope i am wrong and you make a ton of money. i always wish you the best.....

see you later

Do investors lose their investments if we have a hostile takeover?

Do anyone have any idea why conversions stopped yesterday. Is it a sign that they are done or did they just take a break.
