No they (creditors) could still short but it would be crazy IMHO and very risky, they wont be able to cover with their conversion shares anymore, MM's will also be able to continue to Naked Short...I think once the O/S-A/S gets locked up we will trade much more organically though, and we will have a chance to recover a bit from this death spiral.
The company could help this along by releasing some really nice news once the O/S gets locked up, especially on revs. projections thing like that..
This is a very exciting and interesting stock to me, I dont find too many like this every year....GLTY....
