jwilliams... This a lot of Q to answer. Let me try and be brief.
I tout iHUB because it is a much cleaner site/set of boards. RB is the Wild Wild West. I admit that I have from time to time let the Wild Wild West mentality suck me in on RB. However for the most part I have tried to stay above the trash. BTW - you are being very kind by using the phrase "undesirable tone" of those 2 posters. They are flat out personally attacking posters on this board, and they are attacking the integrity of iHUB in general. I'm surprised that you down play it to "undesirable tone".
Are you talking about Maestroinvestors (why such a hard to spell name???) posts being deleted here on iHUB. I'm not plugged into any of that. Are you talking about iHUB?
NSS - I must say that I tend to side with Oranges logic over End2war. Orange is looking at the 'facts', while end2war is using logic that for me personally is just too IFFY. Orange could be wrong in the end, but at least he is looking at REAL DATA, and not hypothetical presumptions such as ... since CTKH is a reporting company then we should never expect to see NSS activity on the list. It is proven that NON-reporting companies show on the NSS list. And CTKH is not there. So my judgement is for the defendent (Orange) :)
As far as what the CEO has said about shorting in the past... I no longer have any TRUST in FH. What he says and what he does are almost always 2 different things. You know the history there. So I don't care what FH says anymore. He's has scammed me on the telephone, talked trash at the SHM, and has not been upfront with details in his PR's.
If FH hadn't backpeddled on the buy-back and and gettting off the pinks I'd have a whole different perspective with regards to FH.
