I will agree with you that it was not spamming according to the technical definition, however, you did tout IHUB which constituted adverstising. Interestingly, I noticed that the post in question was deleted. I'll also agree with you regarding the undesirable tone of the two posters you addressed on RB.
What I'm concerned with is I've noticed how Maestroinvestor's posts and other posters have recently been deleted. In my conversations with maestro, we have a theory as to why. I choose not advance it here (r/t the OT nature). He had a password issue with his original account that required him to get another alias. He is currently working this issue out with RB. For the record Penny, I'm not Maestro.
Now, RickApple aka Skull-N-Crossbones...absolutely, multi-alias and it should be addressed accordingly.
Finally, the issue pertaining to NSS and CTKH; please explain this concept to Orangeman regarding the dynamics of NSS, the SHO list, and that a non-reporting company (CTKH included) is not subject to SEC enforcement.
The CEO was clear when he stated at the SHM that CTKH has been at some point in the past, shorted. Syrianext1 validated this fact as well as others who were at the SHM. Were you or Orangeman at the SHM to hear this? Now, I will oblige you that there is no way of knowing to what extent or degree this stock has been shorted, but I do feel this stock has been shorted to some degree. Perhaps you can inquire about this issue the next time you talk with Mr. Hilal. One problem with that, he may stonewall you with his artifice (per response to King George Va..."I don't follow the market forces."). I don't buy that for a New York second.
