Why haven't they filed?.....very simple,in my opinion Fifer has wrung every dime he can get out of it ,knows the well has gone dry and there is no more coming and so he has simply walked away.

Exactly how much he has squireled away no one knows but probably enough to fund a very nice lifestyle(courtecy the PTQ shareholders),and enough to put up some seed money for the next 'great opportunity' once all this has blown over.Hey,there's a sucker born every minute and he knows it ,the naive and the foolish who can be conned into thinking 'this ones diferent' (it wasn't)and they are 'really lucky to have MrFifer on our side'(feeling lucky yet?)and they 'better get in quick before the Big Boys discover us'(now that's funny,really funny)

The required financial reports not being filed might have to do with not having the funds to pay the auditors. That's a scary thought as they recently received $50 million.
