My guess is they didn't file because they have nothing to file. There are no shares being traded on the TSX, but you can see what's happening over on the OTC today. Down currently 23%

I think most of the assets that could be carted off and sold have been already. Good luck trying to find out from these Crooks about what's going on, but missing that filing deadline can't be positive. The TSX freeze can be reversed I guess, but there has to be something to make them reverse the trading halt.
