Furthermore, let me be perfectly blunt: some of the folks that were the most devisive on this board in favor of prop #2 now agree that they were "wrong".

You'll never hear me say that. And I think my 13+ years of experience in the wireless industry gives me better than average insight as to why voting yes to prop #2 wasn't "wrong".

Corp_Buyer

I believe that you are mistaken about HG. I believe he has exercised and held in the past. He has had my attention for a long time. He has been the ultimate team player. I consider him to be the visionary of the company. He is quick to tell the world that the company is comprised of very talented engineers. Many have criticised him for a number of smallish reasons. He speaks quietly and slowly, but has a message and his belief in its content is unmistakeable.

Change for change sake is not necessarily a good thing. When these guys execute the Nok resolution, the true momentum will carry the day. I just hope that IDCC actually enters the bragadocio level in its PR's because they have earned it. This will truly signal the rest of wireless that we are the real deal. Who knows, it may even get the attention of Siemens who recently proclaimed ownership of the protocol stack developed through Commeon/IDCC.

Corp-Buyer .. [i}This is not just a pumper board for IDCC even if that is all you and some others may want.

That is a classic example of the reckless mischaracterizations that you have brought to this board. Hopefully, no occassion will arise that will kick your self-important, legend in your own mind, attitude into high gear again. In hopes that I can enjoy what is going on in the non-Corp-Buyer part of this board I am now going to put you on ignore.
