BI we have to warm up to the idea that the ad insertion method may not be patentable.. I'd urge folks to look at it as a bonus if it gets approved and definitely don't count on it and don't base your investment on it!! we really don't NEED it anyway. sure it would be amazing, but i don't see it happening. there is a lot of info available on the uspto website. STTK is in the process right now of responding to the uspto from the initial review - it would be better to assume it doesn't go favorably and hope to be surprised with good news, rather than count on it....
