Correct me if I'm wrong, but they already have two franchises in the US and have the same agreement (ie 4% gross revenue) with them?
Pretty much free money in my opinion.

I live in Miami and have eaten there many times, great food, great service, great buying opportunity 2015 will be a great year with new franchises opening throughout the western US and texas
