From talking to the master franchiser for Texas yesterday. It sounds like they will have at least one in the books by the end of the year. He admits December is a slow month, because of the Holidays. He seems to have 4 to 5 groups and individuals interested in purchasing franchises. One, if I caught it right, was looking at 3. Over all I'm convince this is not a scam. There is a actual Company restaurant in Miami, and they selling franchises. Next time I am in Miami, I will stop by the Grillit to see it for myself. Good luck GRLT!
