I'm with you - Hanover is not diluting at this time. However, Like i wrote in the post you responded to - I am guessing the O/S and float is currently increasing and that I hope my guessi is wrong. I will know for sure if Imy guessing is right or wrong for sure when the 4th Q. Report is released. Or maybe Dror will ungag the TA - or do like 'be I seen one company do- release an 8k stating the O/S - sometime before the 4th Q. Report is released.

Hanover is not the only entity that has convertable notes, read the last 10-q; there are lots of entities that hold these notes........
