Hanover is not diluting. Dror said no dilution and I believe him. Previous dilution was from original spli holdings. Hanover loan is guaranteed against shares only if vapor group cannot pay. Dror cannot afford to let those shares convert, he only loses out on the value of his own shares. Why would dror retire some of his own share (sep) just to let dilution hit the market to make his position less valuable. There is something up dror's sleeve, it will not be to the detriment of the long term plan to make his and our shares more valuable.
