I was not offered the opportunity, but my friend I spent more on buying IDCC stock in 1994 than Harry did loaning the company the money, and thats a fact Jack. I assure you I was not the only one who invested well over a $100,000 in IDCC in 1994. So don't be so smug with your what has happened now and we wouldn't have done it then. We also bought stock by the boat loads in 1994 and 2 days later it would be down 30% because our officers was selling reg S stock below the market. So don't you dare try to preach to me about what I would have done my friend as I said I put more in IDCC stock than Harry did.
