I agree. the negative sentiment in my opinion is great for longs. Keep the misinformation up theres plenty of legitimate info on here to contradict any of the false info.
Not only a PR disaster for GTAT and AAPL - but for the SEC and the Dept of Justice. These entities are charged with preserving a fair market place and the rule of law in this country.
Loss of shareholder equity in GT Advanced Technologies would be an epic FAIL for them. It would discourage investment in the markets as a whole by mainstream Americans, further polarize resentment toward the 1% ers, and if this outstanding MADE IN THE U.S. tech were captured by foreign interests and jobs exported overseas it would make it clear the the government is not protecting the economic welfare of the country as a whole.
... but I like the noises Judge Boroff has been making *grin*.
