IMHO: I think that GTAT is going out of BK with all shares in contact. Neither GTAT nor Apple want to wipe out shares or close business here and lay off people around Christmas. It will be huge PR disaster for both companies. everything about this case is in media and news so I do not think any of these companies want any PR disaster for them. both of these companies want to look good and save Christmas for fellow Americans and I hope that they will do so.
