#24752 RE: js8797 #24751

When someone buys shares of USEI, the seller is not Tony Miller. Conversely, when shares are put up for sale, they are not coming directly from Tony, either. Bottom line is that I fail to see how USEI trading volume benefits Tony.

There's a whole lot about how this company is managed that I find objectionable but I can't fault Miller for trades in which he's played no part. If I sold my position tomorrow, it would involve more than five times today's total trading volume. Nobody could or should point a finger towards the CEO as though to hold him directly responsible for my disaffection.

And no, I have no intention of selling.

Like some here, I'm not a happy camper but I refuse to have that make me unreasonably accusatory. Tony's lack of respect for shareholders is my main complaint. I see no effort whatsoever to assuage shareholder concerns. Where we are heading, how we may get there, what we'll have to give up to achieve our goals---this is the stuff of PR's. In this situation, we're talking about PR's that aren't happening. This is about respect and appreciation for support shown by investors. I have yet to see a wish to retain such support coming from our CEO.
