Sure management is looking strange, there is no management. We are being taken to the cleanrers.There was a lot of hype and excitement when a new major ($3m - peanuts really!!)investor walked though the door. See what happenned next? The share price started to tank and tank..... Coincidence ?? I think not, we are being played. We are going to loose this company to some very smart investors who will walk off with the loot. Your paragraph dealing with "private placements" says it all.
I don't see any problems with management. This company is just at the very beginning stages. The first goal to keep this going was to raise money. That has been accomplished for now until funds run dry around March 2015.
If you read the last PR they are going to have revenue this quarter.
The FDA approval is always hit and miss. Some companies get approved in a few months others take closer to a year or a year and a half. Management has been open with investors based on the communication with the FDA. Based on the last interaction with the FDA they are now conservatively saying approval towards mid 2015.
