Furthermore I can tell you, while not official, that there isn't an hair on the head of PPHM people that doubts if this trial will succeed.

Since Fussey and SK are the only ones from mgmt who participated in the employee stock program and SK didn't even purchase the max at $1.08 per share I would have to say that there is some doubt. Why wouldn't anyone buy shares at $1.08 when stock price is $1.45 if there is no doubt.

Everything has some element of risk. If it were a sure bet institutional ownership would be jumping in big time.

Try to find one like that that failed. No so long ago it was posted that Drug that got Fast Track have never failed PIII. Now Bavituximab is one with :

This is completely inaccurate and was posted about in ad nausea last year.

CP, I expect you are right about Sunrise or I wouldn't own a nice little chunk of PPHM shares. I just wonder why PPHM optimists get so involved in side issues that will not determine the fate of Peregrine.

It looks like another trading opportunity could be coming. Keep those checkbooks handy.

"Furthermore I can tell you, while not official, that there isn't an hair on the head of PPHM people that doubts if this trial will succeed. I agree, they can't say that on the record for legal reasons, probably not even under the forward looking cover."

If this were true you'd think they would be buying all the shares they possibly could at these silly low prices. They are not. That is concerning to some, including Wall Street.
