Since Fussey and SK are the only ones from mgmt who participated in the employee stock program and SK didn't even purchase the max at $1.08 per share I would have to say that there is some doubt. Why wouldn't anyone buy shares at $1.08 when stock price is $1.45 if there is no doubt.

Frustrated, your argument does not hold any water and as a matter of fact... there are many holes in that cup and does not hold water at all.

You like to say since some don't buy, things must be negative and I can use your method of madness and say since shorts have covered the last 7 updates and shorts have purchased to cover about 7 Million shares that things must be positive! : )

Well, I just wanted to point out how flawed that way of thinking is. I'd put much more confidence on things are positive due to the shorts covering and buying to cover 7 Million shares and all the puzzle pieces that have been gathered and extracted in various ways.

Further, you do realize that when the day comes that the MOA is officially well known globally, the day that Bavi is officially a household name..etc...will all be within the time frame a Big Pharma deal will be announced and you do realize that is when SK and company reap the profits that have been sewn here for the past many months/years.

Out of the box thought and possibilities: Its possible a hedge fund type is delaying, legally... some 13F's for up to a year that disclose they are accumulating shares with SEC approval. Its also possible that a deal has been etched in stone already with some Big Pharma and it is made official with the official closure of lawsuits or SunRise Phase III success. Its also possible that due to these circumstances, that SK and company are not even allowed to buy shares on this knowledge that is not made public.

Time will tell....and till then, the puzzle pieces all lead to the obvious that someone has stepped up to the plate as we wait on this little bump in the road or shall we say rain delay.
