That is not only inaccurate but its plain irresponsible. The converted shares have been distributed throughout the market because my group has purchased a large chunk of it. The noteholders sold and this is a fact as they cannot hold more than 9.9pct of the stock at a time. Learn the facts of the conversion. Shitty? Yes...dilutive? Yes...but we are thru the ugliness...any further conversion we are ready to purchase it ...any amount! 2 mil more friday...good ill take it.
Thanks for the breakdown on the numbers. Here's where I think we may be on different pages unless I misunderstood the filings. Each one was issued Friday after close for that trading week. As in the last one at .007 during that week I believe the low was .011 so the funder made no less than 50% on shares sold that week. Each week prior was the same story with the converts a little higher and the PPs a little higher. My math is crappy but it suggested they were making 100% or more to start and down a bit toward the end of each week.
I also realize 99% of OTCs are turd buckets to start with so when I lose on a position and get a second chance I'll play again if funds are available! ERFB has done nothing to prove it belongs in the other 1%!
