My original dilution estimate of 18 mil was a little low. It's 21.6 mil for sale and maybe 4.3 mil (75% of the days volume) was sold in todays 5.7 mil volume. Leaving 17.3 mil for sale higher.

This is a darkside OTC game play. Not won't play because I hate the company for deluding. All those shares will be sold to retail for profits. That's the game big guys play !! They don't break even or take losses. They manipulate runs and pops for profits. Which is just started IMO.

Seems your bad taste from a history with this stock is the forest blocking the trees.

Judging by the PPS decline the majority of those traded.

Big guys don't sell lower.

Until the price pop today there was no opportunity for VCs to sell their shares for profits. And some of the shares left (from the 21.6 mil) to be sold, still need higher prices to just brake even, let alone make a profit. That's why I expect price to at least reach 4 cents. As the .05 shares were probably sold in the Sept 16 & 17 pop. See chart below;

There are (8) 8Ks showing debit conversions and share issuance.

Nov 7 2.4 mil @ .007
Oct 31 3.8 mil @ .01
Oct 24 3.5 mil @ .012
Oct 17 3.2 mil @ .013
Oct 10 3 mill @ .014
Oct 3 1.3 mil @ .03
Sept 26 3.2 mil @ .035
Sept 5 1 mil @ .05
------------------------
21.4 mil

Nov 7 OS 31 mil
Sept 4 OS 9.4 mil
Reported dilution = 21.6 mil issued to VCs.

There were also 2 debit terminations. Where cash was used, probably from their new funder line of credit. No numbers.

Note the price pull down to funding levels. During debit negotiations VCs say, sure we'll convert, but not at 8 cents. Less say 1 cent. So we can get a good ROI selling in a price comeback to retail. And Bang there's 1 cent. And Alang there's the price pop, on NO news! The fleecing begins.

Do what the big guys do! And what their doing is dumping bad debit for good gain. Playing the OTC game is trade this manipulation.

The more you see something happen, the more you can rely on it !

Welcome to my mind!

Success to all
