Interesting point about the Mexico and DR press releases.

Remember--the company issued pr's in--I believe--2010 and 2011 about distributors in Africa, and other foreign countries. HOWEVER--remember that a couple months or so after they announced the Grupo Kosako distribution agreement (in Feb. 2012.) they then announced that they had finalized and received the licenses and permits for foreign distribution.

Which begs the quiestion--how could they have been distributing to Africa and other foreign nations if they did not have the permits? You think that just might qualify as an obvious falsehood?! Could it be that issuing distribution pr's without even having the proper licenses and permits might be pretty solid proof of intent to deceive?

Just my opinions, of course!

MikeTrave69 - All you have indicated may be so. But BW has covered his tracks where he needs to as far as the SEC is concerned. He knows where he can be caught as well as where things are loosey goosey (mostly concerning investors). That much you can count on. All of the loosey goosey things can be explained away.

He's got a trail of oversees trips, as well US events where he can show he's "worked hard" (his words). You can bet he's documented well all of his efforts.

Specific SEC violations will do him in. But they have to be clear violations, not presumptions. I suspect (opinion) that he's got it well-covered.

Honestly, I'd love to see the SEC have evidence enough to lock him up. I don't think it's as clear cut as that, unfortunately. He's smart enough, believe it or not, to have played this scam just short of actual violations.

He's not alone as far as pinkies go. All of the pinkies that are shell games do the same. It's hard to nail them with circumstantial evidence. Proving he lied and that he intentionally pumped knowing beforehand that it was going to go south is near impossible to prove.

If I am wrong, I'll eat crow. That'll be fine with me. But I don't think I am.
