Remember--the company issued pr's in--I believe--2010 and 2011 about distributors in Africa, and other foreign countries. HOWEVER--remember that a couple months or so after they announced the Grupo Kosako distribution agreement (in Feb. 2012.) they then announced that they had finalized and received the licenses and permits for foreign distribution.
Which begs the quiestion--how could they have been distributing to Africa and other foreign nations if they did not have the permits? You think that just might qualify as an obvious falsehood?! Could it be that issuing distribution pr's without even having the proper licenses and permits might be pretty solid proof of intent to deceive?

Just my opinions, of course!
