BW will not serve one day in jail because of what has happened with BBDA, AND the SEC isn't even interested

Lots of opinions but really none fact. Saying the "sec isn't interest" as "fact" is not fact unless you received word from the sec investigations unit which I highly doubt you have. Investigations take years. Most times the sec investigates without even informing the party's being investigated. That is investigations 101. You make some points as far as distribution. Weber could certainly try to use the cover of having a product for the failed distribution agreements. He could say he tried but blame the failed launch on distributors.

Webers fraud goes far beyond distribution failures. Whitefish pointed out the business reg violations and missing cash from the financials. That' alone could land weber in court. The illegal pumping to sell shares is another big one. Putting out official prs announcing "dilution is over" and buybacks to sell shares. Any jury would find him guilty of pumping in that case. Weber raised the share count from 2 billion to 8 billion after announcing dilution is over, this is the definition of pumping to sell shares. The stock price went up after the announcement, then he dumped shares. I pointed out another CEO last month was put in jail for lying about distribution deals to pump. I guarantee some of those distributor prs weber out out were fakes,especially the Mexico, Dominican Republic prs.

The sec is busy. It will take investors filing charges against weber before the sec steps in. They might be already conducting prelim inquires. The bbda operations manager ken fletcher was caught pumping, posing as a regular investor. I personally emailed that info to the sec and I was assigned a case number. Like I said, the minute subpoenas are sent to bebevco this whole scam becomes exposed. Those hillbillies in Statesville will be ratting on each other within seconds. I've seen it first hand in my career and it's a great sight to see. There's no honor among thieves . I know for a fact some investors are working on that as I type.
