most of us aren't doubting the 211 is still alive and has a chance of succeeding.
we are simply doubting that FINRA would promise instant 211 approval
upon filing of a form 10,
with no stipulation of review of said form 10.
by analogy,
if you were a teacher with a student who failed a test
and you offered to allow the student to retake the test
would you promise the student you would pass them
simply for their effort to retake the test
without stipulation that they must score decently on the retake?
it simply doesn't make sense.
