Sorry, Root, but you have no real facts in the real world to back up that extraordinary "listening" opinion. Nor do you have any facts about the approach that the SKS sales staff used vs. Solms staff.

i agreed with most of what you said here. but i don't know that vsc is selling. i only see that it is in pilots, plus one small order.
