OPPORTUNITY of a LIFETIME!!! BIEL is :
1) FDA approval pending
2) Sales increasing in current markets
3) Product works fabulously (satisfies the key Warren Buffet and Peter Lynch criteria - try it yourself)
4) Huge market - pain relief is over $100 billion annually
5) FDA approval opens up the huge U.S. market, and by extension, the rest of the world (China, India, etc.) At these prices ?? PPS way to low !! There are many investors waiting to jump in ( BIG time PLAYERS, may be ????? ). Perspective - getting in now, while the Company is transitioning from the development stage, is like being an insider getting in on Microsoft, Google, Apple, etc. These opportunities are extremely rare, and usually not available to the public. Do your DD, don't miss it!!

(((((( ATTENTION INVESTORS ))))) DON'T LISTEN TO ANYONE !!!!!!! DO YOUR OWN DD !!!!!! Go to BIOELECTRONICS website
learn about the products, read the financials ( don't forget, that this is not an IBM or a MICROSOFT, this is a MICROCAP company, that is trying to gain FDA OTC permission and WORLDWIDE market of $10 billion ), calculate the RISKS involved / RETURN possibilities ratio ( just like in any other PINKSHEET ) and only then make your decision to buy !!!!!! REMEMBER to invest only as much, as you could afford to lose ( in the worst case scenario ) GLTYA

ATTENTION INTELLIGENT INVESTORS - Don’t listen to bitter scammers and naysayers! iHub provides us all with an easy-to-use ‘Ignore’ option so you’re not distracted by the unwanted nonsense. Do your own intelligent DD! Go to the BioElectronics Corp website - http://www.bielcorp.com - to learn about BIEL products. BIEL is a MICROCAP company, trading on the PinkSheets, at the moment, to preserve precious capital and has 2 well-known major missions; (1) to apply for and receive long awaited FDA OTC regulatory approval to retail its products in the USA, the largest country in the >$10Billion global pain-management market, and (2) to move the listing of its shares to a U.S. market with a higher pedigree.

On the regulatory side, in February, 2014, the FDA issued its Proposed Order proposing the creation of a new Class II designation to house BIEL type devices, an enhancement of the Class III FDA approval BIEL has had for many years. FDA stated it was doing so, “on its own initiative” and, “based on new information”, after publicly stating its need to increase in-house Devices Division staff and doing so! FDA asked for public comments, then reviewed over 400 of them in June of 2014 and is now drafting, revising and circulating for approval its Final Rule on its own Class II Proposal. Any deviation from these FDA driven facts, or talk of scams, is dishonest, bitter, tiresome and self-serving rubbish and smart people know it! I use iHub’ ‘Ignore’ function to save valuable time. No one earth does anything without an agenda, mine is crystal clear – the truth.

BIEL has a patent from our USPTO; its products are highly efficacious and chemical, drug, addiction and side-effect free and its ActiPatch has been announced as the #1 on-line selling back-pain management device sold by Boots in the UK. Guess who is buying the 55% of Boots Alliance it doesn’t already own for >$15Billion to close Q1 2015? The biggest drugstore chain in the USA – Walgreen Co. (WAG)http://news.walgreens.com/article_display.cfm?article_id=5888 - check it out. A little vision will quickly elucidate the end game. Now, implying any link between BIEL and WAG would be speculative embellishment, but, patience, FDA new Class II home for BIEL, application and approval as Class II products, perhaps OTC approval simultaneously and being a solid winner at Boots is a good place to be and I highly doubt Walgreens would slam the door. Remember, both efficacious and side-effect free and we’re currently killing Americans with outrageous Rx analgesic drug abuse? You judge it as to whether we need to fix the problem with a simple, safe, inexpensive solution already here! To not do so quickly becomes laughable, yet tragic, because it’s not how we’re supposed to look after our own people! This can and should be resolved by the close of business today!
