I do know Marc Walther,as a father,a businessman,and quite frankly a friend.

IMO,the personal attack on his character and IFUS are a con job that has more holes in it that the potholes on many Chicago side streets.

My predictions and expectations for IFUS have come up short since the last two pr's.

IMO,no one ,not even Marc, could have anticipated two trusted board could cause the interference and damage that occurred.That being said,I agree with you.....


The only thing that matters is what proof IFUS has versus the proof the other side has and how the courts decide after reviewing all the information.

THE better news is that IFUS has turned the corner for the business.The court cases are important,but the actual great news is that IFUS business is moving forward.

In the future IFUS sales and revenues will prove to be a more accurate gauge of the future pps.

Let's take a time out and look what is going on here.

Let's say for arguments sake MW loses in court. NOT LIKELY.
What happens. I guess the judge would say IFUS has to pay
back to SA the 250,000 dollars. MW had all intentions of
doing that from the start. The boot brothers prevented that
with all their ILLEGAL ACTIONS. I would say payments would

have to be made. Probably the same as what was to happen originally.

Now let's go to what WILL HAPPEN. IFUS wins in court.
The 250,000 could be dismissed, IFUS gets TREBLE DAMAGES,
and all expenses will be reimbursed back to IFUS.

IFUS has already filed a COUNTER SUIT. Who knows how
much may be rewarded to IFUS.

It looks like IFUS is in a very good position too me.

One thing I am sure of, IFUS Blue line products must have far more sales than what has been claimed here recently (why else would MW and IFUS still be in business after all this time?), as they have over a dozen online international stocking distributors now, plus LEF.org who would not mess around with a nickel and dime volume product and list it online as one of only two products LEF.org sells that does not carry the LEF brand label.

And that does not include the multiple stocking retail stores that do not have any online presence.
